These terms apply to your access to wildark-hk.com and use of its demos. The site is operated by HONG KONG WILD ARK CO., LIMITED (香港舟行於野有限公司, Company Registration No. 80743820); Taskmate (事伴) is the company's product brand. By using the site you agree to these terms.

2. Demonstration only

Site content, chat replays, the digital-employee pack builder and other demos are for demonstration only; the companies, people and data shown are fictional. The site and demos are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any express or implied warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.

3. Paid services

Trials and paid services (including scope, fees, service levels and data processing) are governed by a separate written agreement between the parties, which prevails over these terms in case of conflict.

4. AI output

AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete and must be reviewed by a person before it is used in external communications or business decisions. Steps in the product that act externally are designed to require human approval.

5. Intellectual property

Text, images, logos, the Taskmate / 事伴 names and software on the site belong to the company or the relevant rights holders. You may not copy, modify or use them commercially without written permission, except viewing them and sharing links for evaluation.

6. No abuse

You must not interfere with or disrupt the site, attempt unauthorised access to any system, scrape it at scale by automated means, upload malicious code, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site or demos. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
